How to make a square box out of paper

Share with your friends a simple and practical square carton origami, using a square piece of paper to fold. The lid just needs to be made of slightly larger paper and the folding is the same.

First corner to corner folds.

Fold the top and bottom corners.

Follow the dotted line.

Fold left and right corners.

Follow the two dotted lines.

Fold the left and right corners to the center line.

Follow the two dotted lines above and below.

Fold the two corners backwards.

And then follow the dotted line up and down.

Fold the top and bottom edges and unfold to get the crease.

Follow the left and right creases.

Fold the left and right sides over.

Unfold and get the crease.

Expand the two yellow corners of the previous image to get the above image.

Follow the dotted line and fold out the left and right corners.

Fold in another layer.

Follow the dotted line from the previous picture and the picture above and start folding the sides of the box.
